ORDER
The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the respondent to hold an enquiry with regard to the change of patta in respect of the lands situated in Piruthur Village of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Vandavasi Taluk comprised in S.Nos.333/12, 333/13 and 335/1 and submit a report to the District Revenue Officer and communicate the same to the petitioner, based on the petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2008.
2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, enquiry was conducted and appropriate order was passed on the petitioner's representation and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
3.The said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 8. 4.Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in the manner known to law, if he is still aggrieved. No costs.
