ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and her family members in the name of the enquiry and counselling and further direct the respondent to close the petition enquiry based on the petition given de-facto complaint.

3. The matter pertains to the property dispute between the parties. This matter cannot be enquired by the police. Hence, the respondents are directed to not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry and the parties shall be relegated before the appropriate Civil Court.
4. In view of the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
