Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. Since this writ petition is being disposed of, without affecting the interest of the fourth respondent, notice to the said respondent is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider his representation dated 02.12.2017, wherein and whereby, he sought for taking action against grant of agricultural loan from the Keezhakadu Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society to the fourth https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent, by specifically contending that the petitioner alone is doing the agricultural operation in the said land and not the fourth respondent, who is none other than his brother.

3. It seems that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent with regard to the subject matter property, for which the agricultural loan was sanctioned by the Keezhakadu Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society.

4. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner. Needless to say that it is for the petitioner to give a representation before the third respondent, who in turn will consider the same and pass appropriate orders, after hearing the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent.
