ORDER

The matter is listed under the caption "for withdrawal" today. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed M.P.No.2 of 2013 to implead the proposed respondents 2 to 4 as party respondents 2 to 4 in W.P.No.16462 of 2013. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, since steps are not taken to serve notice on the proposed respondents 2 to 4, M.P.No.2 of 2013 was dismissed on 05.02.2014 against the proposed respondents 2 to 4.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that she got instructions to file an application to restore M.P.No.2 of 2013 which was dismissed as against the proposed respondents 2 to 4.

3. As seen from the earlier proceedings, the learned counsel for the petitioner has been repeatedly seeking adjournments in this matter. Even on the earlier occasion i.e., on 10.12.2019, 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the learned counsel for the petitioner made the same submission that she will be taking steps to restore M.P.No.2 of 2013 which was dismissed as against the respondents 2 to 4. Till date, steps have not been taken to restore the same. It can now be inferred that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition are closed.
