The petitioner has come up with this present writ petition to to direct the respondent to remove name of the Rangan and to issue the patta in favour of the petitioner as per the representation of the petitioner dated 30.11.2016. 2.According to the petitioner, he has made a representation dated 30.11.2016 to the respondent to remove the name of Rangan and issue the patta in the name of the petitioner. Since the same is still pending for consideration, the petitioner approached this court by filing this writ petition. 4.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material documents available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation dated 30.11.2016 and to pass appropriate orders after giving notice to all parties especially to Rangan in whose name also finds place in patta, on merits and in accordance with law and then pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
