Today(31.10.2019), when the matter is called, Mr.A.Peer Basha, Inspector of Police, E-5, Foreshore Estate Police Station, Chennai - 600 028 is present before this Court. Based on the instructions given by him, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that there is no such Sanjeevani Yoga Ayurvedic Foundation Private Limited Company is running in the petitioner's address.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, nothing survives in the present writ petition for further adjudication and therefore, the same is dismissed as infructuous by this Court. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
