(Order of the Court was made by Dr.ANITA SUMANTH,J.) This Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 318 days in representing the Writ Appeal.

2. For the reasons set out in the affidavit filed in support of the Miscellaneous Petition and there being no objection by the learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice for the respondents, the delay of 318 days in representing the Writ Appeal is condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list along with W.P.Nos.27495, 27501, 27564 of 2018 and 8412 of 2019.
