The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondents to issue machinery working condition certificate to them to participate in the tender viz. Tender Notice Reference No.DIPR/4452/Tender/2017, dated 01.11.2017 on the file of the 1st respondent to be held on 24.11.2017 for Kolathur, Nangavalli, Attur, Ayothiyapattinam and Thalaivasal Blocks as per their application, dated 17.11.2017. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the machineries are going to be inspected today, i.e. 23.11.2017 and that the petitioner is permitted to participate in the auction scheduled to be held on 24.11.2017 with regard to the Tender Notice Reference No.DIPR/4452/Tender/2017, dated 01.11.2017.

In view of the said submission of the learned Special Government Pleader that the petitioner is permitted to participate in the tender process scheduled on 24.11.2017, no further order is required in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
