Mr. M.Vijayamehanath Standing Counsel COMMON ORDER Seeking a direction to the respondents to issue closure letters in respect of the respective purchase orders dated 13.11.2009, 04.06.2010 and 06.10.2010, the petitioner has come up with these writ petitions.

2.Today, when the matters were taken up for consideration, Mr.M.Vijayamehanath, learned standing counsel taking notice for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has to submit certain details in respect of the relief sought in these Writ Petitions and if they submit those details, the same would be considered and appropriate orders be passed by the respondents, within a reasonable period as fixed by this Court. 3.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned standing counsel for the respondents, which has been agreed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue the following directions:- (i) The respondents are directed to issue notice with regard to the details to be furnished, enclosing calculation memo, to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order;

(ii) On receipt of the said notice, the petitioner shall furnish the required details to the respondents, within a period of two weeks, thereafter;

(iii) On such submission, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of three weeks thereafter.

4.All the writ petitions stand disposed of, with the aforesaid directions. No costs.
