The petitioner herein filed this petition to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.205 of 2021 on the file of the Inspector of police R-3 Ashok Nagar police station Chennai to CBCID, Chennai.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the restrict his prayer and requested this Court to direct the respondent to speed up the investigation.

3. Considering the above, respondent police is directed to complete the investigation within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of. No Costs. 04.01.2024 pbl To The Public Prosecutor, High Court, Madras.
