ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 24.11.2025 and to settle the entire subscription amount in the 2nd respondent society.

Pursuant to the earlier direction of this Court on 04.02.2026 to file a report with regard to the amount deducted from the petitioner's salary towards the loan availed by him from the 2nd respondent society and the details of the interest as well as the penal interest to be paid by the petitioner, the 1st respondent has filed a report stating that the petitioner had borrowed a loan for a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- from the 2nd respondent society on 09.12.2013 in respect of which, a sum of Rs.1,53,500/- has been deducted from the petitioner's salary however, the balance amount payable to the 2nd Respondent society is only Rs.1,02,405/- which is less than the amount which has already been paid. After deduction of the said amount of Rs.1,02,405/- from Rs.1,53,500/- towards payment to the 2nd respondent society, the balance amount payable by the 1st respondent in favour of the petitioner is Rs.51,095/-.

In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to pay a sum of Rs.1,02,405/- to the credit of the 2nd respondent society within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the balance amount of Rs.51,095/- shall be paid to the petitioner by the 1st
respondent within a period of two (2) weeks thereafter. Upon receipt of such payment, the 2nd respondent is direction issue the 'No Objection Certificate' to the petitioner and also return the original documents.
4. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
