Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Declaration, declaring that Rule 8 (A) of Enrolment Rules of Bar Council Rules of Tamil Nadu is violative of the fundamental Rights guaranteed under Articles 14, 19(1) (g) and 21 of the Constitution of India, is ultra vires 6, 7 and 15 of the Advocates Act 1961 and is therefore invalid, inoperative and unenforceable.
