Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent and by consent of the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the application dated 7.3.2016 filed by the petitioner for the grant of spare minibus permit. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though such application was filed on 07.03.2016, followed by a reminder on 23.12.2016, the respondent has not considered the request of the petitioner so far.

3. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the respondent to consider the application of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner dated 07.03.2016 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
