ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.1301 of 2020 from the file of the 2nd respondent to any other agency, since the 2nd respondent did not take any proper steps in conducting the investigation.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.1301 of 2020, the respondent Police has filed the charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Vellore and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.335 of 2021 for offence under Sections 417, 420 and 506 (i) IPC and the case is posted on 23.07.2021 for appearance of the accused.
