ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioners.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.
3. It is seen from the records that the suit is pending in O.S.No.51 of 2014, on the file of the Sub Court, Dharmapuri. It is the case of the petitioners that the plaintiff in the suit has given a complaint before the respondent. Nature of the dispute is purely civil and the police will have no role to play in the dispute of this nature. The respondent police shall relegate the parties to approach the appropriate civil Court. The respondent police is directed not to harass the petitioners in the name of enquiry.
