Since the issue in both the appeals are one and the same, the same are disposed by way of this common order.

2. Today when the matters are taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the appellants would submit that the claimants are suffering from health ailments and they could not able to contest the case. Hence, they seek permission to withdraw these petitions. In this regard, they also filed a Memo dated 12.11.2024.

3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the appellants and recording the memo dated 12.11.2024 filed in C.M.A.No.3232 of 2013 and C.M.A.No.119 of 2014, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are dismissed as withdrawn.
