and mark boundaries of the petitioner's land comprised in 'Arumugam Nagar' situated in Survey No. 1306, 1307/2 and 1308 of kaveripakkam Village, Presently Nemili Taluk, presently Ranipet district admeasuring total extent of 1 acre 61 cents (inclusive of lands gifted to kaveripakam Town panchayat) based on the petitioner's application bearing no.2024/0123/37/002293 dated 09.10.2024 within a time frame to be fixed by this court and consequently direct the 3rd and 4th Respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioners and the 1st and 2nd respondents to survey and carry out fencing and development works for the above property based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.12.2024. This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to survey and demarcate the boundaries based on the application submitted by the petitioners on 09.10.2024.

2.Heard Mr.G.Adithyaraj, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on 2/4

behalf of respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.V.J.Priyadarsana, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing on behalf of respondents 3 and 4. 3.The right and title of the petitioners over the subject property has already been recognized by this Court in the earlier order passed in C.R.P (PD)No.256 of 2019 dated 24.06.2020. Even when dealing with this Civil Revision Petition, the connected writ petition was filed seeking for survey along with police protection and the same was also ordered. Subsequently, due to rain and due to vegetation that has grown in the property, the petitioners made a fresh application seeking for survey and demarcation of boundaries. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the earlier order passed by this Court, there shall be a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to deal with the application submitted by the petitioners on 09.10.2024 and conduct the survey. If in case, any interference is made, the 4th respondent is directed to afford police protection. This process shall be completed, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
