The order under challenge is the suspension order dated 29.08.2003.

2. Today, when the matter is called, it is brought to the notice of this Court, that pursuant to the suspension order, disciplinary proceedings were also initiated and concluded. As such, it would not be appropriate to set aside the suspension order at this point of time. Accordingly the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
