This application has been filed to amend the affidavit of Assets by adding the property mentioned in para 5 of the Affidavit and consequently direct the registry to issue fresh Letter of Administration in favour of the applicant.

2. Despite notice served on the respondents and their names printed in the cause list, no representation on behalf of the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the original petition has already been ordered and this application has been filed only to amend the affidavit of assets, for which, the learned counsel for the respondents cannot have any objections for allowing this application.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the applicants, this application is ordered as prayed for. 01.09.2021 gsk NOTE : Registry is directed to issue fresh letter of administration to the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/ applicant.
