This petition has been filed to extend the time granted for the petitioners to execute sureties in Crl.O.P.No.27432 of 2023, dated 05.12.2023.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the time for executing the sureties is extended till 28.03.2024 and no further time shall be granted, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted shall automatically stand dismissed.

Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
