Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.112939/C1/2009 dated 12.05.2009 and quash the same and consequently direct the first and second respondents to publish the result of the petitioner in Teaching of English subject in Registration No.405479 for the examination conducted on 29.07.1993.

O R D E R

The petitioner filed the Writ Petition challenging the impugned order dated 12.05.2009 wherein the petitioner joined the unrecognized Teacher Training Institute and the said Institute was closed based on the direction of this Court in W.P.No.9494 of 1992 dated 27.04.1993. Since the petitioner issued a lawyer notice dated 11.02.2009 to publish the results. the request was rejected by order dated 12.05.2009. Against which the present Writ Petition is filed.

2. The said Institute was closed by order of this Court dated 27.04.1993 and hence publication of result does not arise. After a lapse of ten years, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
