The limited prayer sought for in the present revision petition is to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.163 of 2013 within stipulated period.

2. On a perusal of the adjudication order, it is seen that the suit has been kept pending from the year 2013, without much progress.

3. Hence, there shall be a direction to the learned Sub Judge, Sankari to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.163 of 2013, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
