This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the entire records concerned in P.R.C.No.1 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-II, Jayankondam, Ariyalur District and quash the same.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and nothing survives in this petition.
