Respondents Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to pass orders for transfer of surplus teacher on Re-deployment based on the seniority of B.T. Assistant (Social Science) in Meenambakkam Government ADW Higher Secondary School Kancheepuram District and consequently forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 from transferring the petitioner on Re-deployment based on the counselling conducted as per the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na. Ka. NO. A1/6312/2013 dated 5.6.2013.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the prayer sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous.

2.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed.
