This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the petitioner's life and limb based on the petitioner representation dated 10.01.2024 and dispose of the same in accordance with law.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that an enquiry was conducted in Current Paper No.130 of 2024 and it was closed on 20.01.2024. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that a counter complaint, which was pending in CP No.183 of 2023 was also closed on 05.12.2023. 3.

In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders are required to be passed in this Criminal Original Petition and this Criminal Original petition is disposed of accordingly. 09.02.2024 Index : Yes/No rka 2/4
