O R D E R
The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to quash the order passed by the second respondent dated 12.08.2006 in respect of cancellation of the license granted in favour of the Writ Petitioner to sell the Aavin Milk Products.
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the respondent brought to the notice of this Court that, the lease period had already expired in the year 2007 itself, i.e., on 31.12.2007.
3. In view of the fact that the lease period itself had expired, the cause that arose for filing of the present Writ Petition does not exist. Hence, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
