Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to measure the land in survey no.307/1A situated at Uppupalayam Village, Vellakovil Kanagayam Taluk, Tirupur District and given possession to the petitioners as per the patta allotment given vide proceedings no.LA NO 21/90/A dated 02.06.2006 by considering the representation of the petitioners dated 29.12.2022, 31.12.2022 and 05.01.2022. The Writ Petition has been filed directing the fourth respondent to measure the land in survey no.307/1A situated at Uppupalayam Village, Vellakovil Kanagayam Taluk, Tirupur District and give possession to the petitioners as per the patta allotment given vide proceedings No.LA NO 21/90/A dated 02.06.2006 by considering the representation of the petitioners dated 29.12.2022, 31.12.2022 and 05.01.2022.

This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the 4th respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 05.01.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and to the aggrieved parties, if any. 4.
