Mr.M.Rajasekar, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2018 and subsequently execute the Sale Deed vide Plot bearing No.107-

A situated at Mahakavi Bharathi Nagar, Ambattur, Chennai - 600 053 measuring an extent of 74.00 square meters in favour of the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2018, the 2nd respondent has not passed any order so far. 4.Mr.M.Rajasekar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks.

5.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2018 and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
