When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner made a submission that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition, if any, is closed.
