CRIME NO. 1095/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend time for depositing a sum of Rs.50,000/ (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.1095/2020 and for execution of sureties to the petitioners as per the order passed by this Court in Crl MP No 7403 of 2020 in Crl OP.No.14960 of 2020 dated 16.12.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.JAIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) to the Credit of Crime No1095 of 2020 and to execute the sureties, as condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7403 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14960 of 2020 dated 16.12.2020.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) to the Credit of Crime No1095 of 2020 and to execute the sureties, as ordered by this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
