It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent/Police that no complaint, dated 08.01.2015, was received from the petitioner. 2.
In view of the above submission, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, by directing the petitioner to give a copy of the complaint, dated 08.01.2015, to the respondent/Police. On the receipt of the complaint, the respondent/Police shall conduct enquiry and register a case, if cognizable offence is made out and proceed further in accordance with law by following the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in re Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others reported in [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
