ORDER

When the matter is came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not present. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 is present and submitted a copy of the counter. With the help of the same, registry is directed to re-construct the bundle.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2, upon instructions, submits that as on date, the petitioner has settled dues which is the subject matter of this writ petition and nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Hence, the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
