petitioner's application dated 12.08.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2. Mr.R.Venkatesa Perumal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice on behalf of the third respondent. Since no adverse order is being passed against respondents 4 to 12, notice to respondents 4 to 12 is dispensed with by this Court.
3.The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with this writ petition in support of the petitioner's application seeking for transfer of patta in her name.
4.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's online application seeking for transfer of patta in her name. 5.No prejudice would be caused to the official respondents if the petitioner's application dated 12.08.2025 seeking for transfer of patta in her name for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of respondents 4 to 12 and the neighbouring land owners, if any and any other
third party whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's application dated 12.08.2025 seeking for transfer of patta in her name for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections of respondents 4 to 12 and the neighbouring land owners if any and also any other third party whom the second respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
