This Contempt Petition is filed alleging that the order of this Court dated 05.04.2024 was not complied.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) reported that investigation was completed on the direction of this Court and final report was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchengode on 31.12.2024. However, as prosecution could not proceed against some of the named accused, the FIR has not advanced further. The learned Magistrate has caused notice to the defacto complainant and the matter now stands posted to 18.07.2025. The status of the case has already been furnished to this Court for perusal.

3. In view of the fact that final report was already filed, the contempt petition stands closed.
