While disposing of this Civil Revision Petition on 25.01.2019, this Court directed the learned I Additional District Munsif, Puducherry, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.1554 of 2017, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. This Court has received a letter dated 17.07.2020 from the learned I Additional District Munsif, Puducherry, seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 25.01.2019 passed in the above Civil Revision Petition. The learned Judge has expressed certain genuine difficulties for not complying with the orders of this Court within time.

3. Therefore, time is extended by three months from today to comply with the order dated 25.01.2019 passed by this Court in the above Civil Revision Petition.
