This Writ Petition was listed on 11.08.2021 when both parties sought adjournment, learned counsel for the petitioner Mrs.S.T.P.Kuilmozhi, to get instructions and learned Government Advocate to file a counter. Hence, it was adjourned to 25.08.2021, when learned counsel for the petitioner obtained time yet again on the ground that the petitioner was suffering from COVID-19 and the learned Government Advocate was given further time, either to file a fresh counter or to re-file the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

counter already filed if at all one had been filed and the matter was adjourned to 01.09.2021.

2. Today (01.09.2021), learned counsel for the petitioner reports 'no instructions' and the learned Government Advocate has neither obtained instructions nor filed the counter, in the interim. It thus appears clear to me, that nothing survives in this matter at any rate, and neither party intends to pursue the same.

3. This Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS IX) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar sl To 1.
