PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the first respondent in its proceedings Bill No.1418 dated 31.07.2006, wherein the respondents had issued distraint notice under Rule 29 Schedule IV of Chennai City Municipal Corporation Act, 1919 for the periods 2/1987-88 to 1/2006-07 in respect of the petitioners property situated at No.32, Wallers Road, Chennai - 600 005, and quash the same.
