pri 2.This Court vide order dated 23.08.2024 made in W.P.No.24651 of 2024 suo motu impleaded the respondent in the writ petition and directed the petitioner to make complaint before the respondent and issued direction to the respondent to conduct enquiry upon receipt of such complaint and to pass appropriate orders within a time frame, pursuant to which, the respondent has passed order on 24.01.2025. 3.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed.
