(Judgment of the Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree, dated 1/2/2013, passed by the learned III Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai, in I.A.No.2618 of 2011 in O.P.No.2124 of 2007.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, M/s.S.Rajeni Ramadass, learned counsel appearing for the appellant, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. Learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.
