Mr.K.M.D. Muhilan Additional Public Prosecutor Order This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to provide adequate police protection to enable the petitioner take possession of the remaining 19 lorries purchased by his owner from Noor Logistics limited pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 07.01.2026. 2.Mr.G.Kartheeban, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, would submit that though a larger prayer has been sought in this Writ Petition, it would suffice if the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.01.2026 within a stipulated time. 3.Mr.K.M.D. Muhilan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, would submit that the petitioner has sent representations to all the Authorities. He would further submit that the 4th respondent will enquire and dispose of the representation of the petitioner.

4.In view of the above, a direction is issued to the 4th respondent to conduct an enquiry based on the representation of the petitioner dated 07.01.2026 and pass orders on the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
