BY [ RESPONDENT ] DEPUTY SUPERINTENDENT OF POLICE, SPE,CBI, ACB, CHENNAI Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court in its order dated 21.08.2018 passed in Crl.M.P.No.10311 of 2018 pending disposal of Crl.A.No.459 of 2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.VIJAYAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners, and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN Special Public Prosecutor For CBI Cases on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.10311 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.459 of 2018 dated 21.08.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Special Public Prosecutor (CBI cases). 3.In view of the above, the order made in Crl.M.P.No.10311 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.459 of 2018 dated 21.08.2018 is modified to the effect that the 1st petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court once in two months at 10.30 a.m. and as far as the 2nd petitioner is concerned the condition imposed on him is hereby fully relaxed as he hails from North East. However, the 2nd petitioner will make himself available, as and when required by the respondent instead of appearing before the Trial Court on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m.
