233/2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.BHUVANSWARI, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The prayer in the application is vague, it is not the case of the petitioner that he is in possession of the suit property, pursuant to the agreement.
Therefore, injunction cannot be granted as prayed for. Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
