Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a letter from the Principal Secretary to Government, Home Department dated 14.03.2024 stating that the file regarding premature release of life convict prisoner, Ramakrishnan under the scheme framed in G.O.(Ms).No.430, Home (Prison-IV) dated 11.08.2023 has been considered and the same has been forwarded to the Hon'ble Governor for approval. 2.The learned counsel for the respondents would state that the Hon'ble Governor has to consider the same and further action will be taken, upon approval from the Hon'ble Governor.
