that these Appeals have become infructuous, in view of the judgment of the Division Bench in WA No.796 of 2021 dated 29.07.2021, inasmuch as the Division Bench has allowed the Appeals filed by the College, directing the payment of compensation to the students, who had denied admission and directing release of the Certificates of the appellants, who were allegedly admitted irregularly.

2. In view of the same, these Appeals have become infructuous. It is, however, stated that SLP in SLP No.9319 of 2022 has been filed against the said judgment by the National Medical Council, the result of the SLP will apply to these Appeals also. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. (R.SUBRAMANIAN, J .)
