ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for disobeying the order of this Court dated 02.02.2018 in W.P.No.2193 of 2018.

2. According to the petitioner, the private https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondents in the above writ petition without any licence,

are carrying on Automobile Workshop business.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that this Court in W.P.No.12539 of 2018, by order dated 16.05.2018, directed the private respondents to hand over the possession to the petitioner on or before 31.10.2018 and the writ petition was disposed of by observing that they are not carrying on business in the premises of the petitioner.

4. The affidavit of undertaking, sworn to by Mr.M.Anwar Sheriff / tenant has been filed stating that he is not running the business in the premises of the petitioner and he will hand over the possession of the property on or before 31.10.2018.

5. Recording the submissions of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent and in view of the the undertaking affidavit of the tenant, this contempt petition is closed.
