This petition having been posted this day for being mentioned pursuant to the order of this Court dated 19/02/2021 and made herein and in the presence of M/S.A.GANESH, Advocate, for the petitioner and of M/S.N.P.KUMAR, Special Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the respondent, the Court made the following order. (The case has been heard through video conference) This matter is taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today, at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as per the order passed by this Court, the petitioners had provided the user ID and password of the accounts to the concerned authorities and the authorities have also transferred the money from the petitioner's account, but, they have not defreezed the account of the petitioners. Hence, he prays this court to direct the authorities to defreeze the account of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Mr. N.P.Kumar, learned Special Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondent would submit that in a bail petition, this Court cannot pass such a direction.

4. Considering the above circumstances, if at all the petitioner has any grievance regarding the freezing of account, it is always open to him to approach the concerned authorities seeking relief and such a direction cannot be granted in the bail application. In the said circumstances, it is always open to him to approach the concerned authorities and seek necessary direction, and any such application is filed, the concerned authorities are directed to pass suitable orders as expeditiously as possible on its own merits.
