This Writ Petition is filed challenging the recovery order passed by the respondent.
2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that recovery was not effected and subsequently, the petitioner retired on attaining the age of superannuation. Since the petitioner already retired and that he was allowed to retire on attaining the age of superannuation and no amount is recovered, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and therefore, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.

3. Recording the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
