(D) No.135, Housing and Urban Development (UDVI) Department dated 04.03.2008 and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to consider and sanction the planning permission submitted by the petitioner on 20.03.2007 for construction of an Urban Health Centre, comprising of two blocks, one building of ground + first floor for administration of Urban Health Centre and another comprising of ground + 3 floors, comprising of 16 dwelling units at Survey No.602/4, Plot No.189, Sholinganallur Village and S.No.167/3 at Karapakkam Village, Old Mahabalipuram Village, Chennai in accordance https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
