..Respondents in both petitions COMMON PRAYER:- These Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus, call for records and quash the order dated 25.10.2004, passed by the first respondent in his proceedings S.O.No. 84/2004/TNSEC/ME and directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to contest the forthcoming election to the local bodies.
