2. The case status shows that the interlocutory application is pending and further there is nothing to show that the written statement has been filed. In this backdrop the petition seeking a direction to dispose of the suit has been filed.

3. When the interlocutory application has not been disposed of no directions can be issued to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit OS.No.81 of 2022. There is no clarity as to why the interlocutory application is pending.
